Did someone say pay off mortgage years sooner?

PDFPrintE-mail Written by Christopher Inkum Monday, 09 October 2006 09:49

For most people, this is an almost taboo thing to say. Do you know any "normal" person like a neighbor, co-worker etc with a paid off house that wasn't inherited?

Are mortgages meant to be paid off? Take a moment to see origin of the word "Mortgage" The term mortgage originates from two Latin words. The first, "mort" is from the Latin word for death. The second, "gage" means pledge or promise or agreement.  Does the word mortgage literally mean agreement with death?

I believe everything or most things I do should be a service to mankind and as a loan officer I've been known to turn clients away saying "I don't think so" where other loan officers would bend backwards, sideways whatever to make it work in the name of "commissions"

My quest is to be mortgage-free by 40 and that's not a joke. I've been working hard educating myself, exploring my options and saying to myself  "There's gotta be a better way".   I was very excited to when a friend showed me a software that applies a  concept to help homeowners pay off their mortgages years sooner if not 1/2 the time. The only problem is it costs $3500. My passion is to help and the current housing crisis breaks my heart especially when I think of the fact that most of the home owners that have lost homes lived it them for a couple of years. If someone had just shown them this plan,  they'll probably be owing so little now there they would not have lost their homes. As I said earlier, the problem I have with the software is the cost. I went on a quest to find a cheaper alternative that works.

I'm very excited to be able to give away the software free with an activation charge of only $8.99 to cover bandwith costs along with a free ecopy of International Best Seller "How to own your home years sooner"
